Banner Customization
Can I change my banner colors to match my brand?
Yes. Navigate to Cookie Banner → Layout → Design and customize all button colors, backgrounds, and text colors. Full details in Designing Your Banner.
How do I edit the text on my consent banner?

Where do I configure the preference center?

Can I preview my banner before publishing?

How do I change the banner position on my website?

Cookie Management
How often should I scan for cookies?
Consently automatically scans weekly, but you should manually scan after adding new tools or services to your site. Learn more in Cookie Scanning.
How do I add a cookie manually?
Click the + Add Cookie button in the Cookie Manager and fill in the cookie details. See the complete process in Managing Cookies.
What are cookie categories and why do they matter?
Cookie categories (Essential, Analytics, Performance, Advertising, Social) determine which cookies are blocked until consent is given. Details in Cookie Categories.
Does Consently automatically block cookies?

Where can I see my scan history?

Policy Generation
Can I generate policies in multiple languages?
Yes. Enable the "Generate policy in multiple languages" toggle when creating any policy. See Multi-Language Policy Generation for details.
Where do I enter my company information for policies?

How many languages does Consently support?

Where do I get my banner embed script?

What's included in each pricing plan?
All plans include full feature access—only the domain count and pageviews differ. Basic (1 website, 50K pageviews/month), Premium (5 websites, 250K pageviews/month), Enterprise (10 websites, 1M pageviews/month).
How do I upgrade my plan?
Navigate to Account → Upgrade Your Plan to select a higher tier. Complete the process in Upgrading Your Plan
How do I manage a license purchased through AppSumo?

Troubleshooting
My banner isn't appearing on my website
Verify the script is in your <head> section, clear your browser cache, and check for JavaScript errors. Full troubleshooting in Troubleshooting Banner Issues.
The banner is showing the wrong language
Check that your website's <html lang=""> attribute matches your target language. Details in Language Troubleshooting.
My banner changes aren't showing
After editing your banner, click Save to apply changes—they take effect immediately without republishing. See Publishing Your Banner for more.
