Overview

Multi-site management lets you control consent banners, cookie scanning, and policy generation for multiple websites from a single Consently account. Each site has its own dedicated settings while sharing common resources, such as your company information and account credentials.

Plan Limits

Consently organizes multi-site access by pricing tier:

  • Basic Plan — (1 website, 50K Pageviews)

  • Premium Plan — (5 websites, 250K Pageviews)

  • Enterprise Plan — (10 websites, 1M Pageviews)

All plans provide identical features—only the number of domains and pageviews changes. View complete tier details in Pricing Plans.

Who Benefits from Multi-Site Management

Multi-site capabilities serve several user types:

  • Agencies managing client websites can centralize all consent implementations in one dashboard, configure each client's banner independently, and deploy changes without switching accounts.

  • Businesses with multiple domains can keep brand sites, product microsites, and regional properties compliant under a unified management system while customizing each site's appearance.

  • Developers handling various projects maintain separate consent configurations per client, test different banner styles across projects, and quickly access any site's embed script.

Switching Between Sites

The site selector dropdown (in the top navigation) displays all your websites. Selecting a different site instantly switches your dashboard to that site's banner configuration, cookie manager, consent logs, language settings, and policy generator.

Site-Specific vs Shared Settings

Each website maintains an independent configuration for:

  • Banner design, layout, and content

  • Cookie categories and scan results

  • Consent template selection (GDPR, US State Laws, or both)

  • Language translations

  • Consent logs and analytics

  • Policy Generator

Shared across all sites:

  • Account credentials and billing

  • Subscription plan limits (domain and pageviews)

This structure lets agencies customize each client's banner while maintaining centralized billing.
